About
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that there is both an art and a science to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
At 4Seven BJJ, we emphasize developing a strong grasp of fundamental concepts and principles, so that students may eventually explore a variety of complex techniques with ease.
We are committed to adapting and refining our practice as the greater BJJ scene develops and evolves, but have never subscribed to any one school of thought and always maintained an undogmatic approach.
We hope to encourage our students to become dynamic problem solvers who can adapt techniques to suit their individual attributes and fighting styles.
