About

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At 4SEVEN, we believe that there is both a science and an art to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Our approach is methodological – with an emphasis on developing strong fundamentals, respect, and self-discipline. We have always adopted an undogmatic approach; We do not subscribe to any one school of thought, we are simply committed to teaching what works. Most importantly, we are committed to adapting and refining our practice as the greater Brazilian Jiu Jitsu scene develops and evolves.
